At a recent convention of the National Association of Professional Martial Artists held in America, guest speaker Dr. Ruth Peters explained why she is less and less often prescribing medication, and more frequently suggesting that the parents of children with ADHD, ADD and similar behaviour problems use Martial Arts to help these children control their behaviour without medication.
